Fax Options
Fax Opt OutIA&B Members and customers are given the opportunity to opt out from receiving facsimile (fax) communications. Members choosing to opt-out will receive no further communications via fax from the Insurance Agents & Brokers, including industry and benefit-related information. Only those authorized can make the determination on behalf of all persons at the business location. For member agencies, that authorized individual is the IA&B Primary Member. Members choosing to opt out can utilize one of the opt-out mechanisms below. The first is in interactive form that can be processed instantaneously online; the second is a form that must be completed, printed and forwarded to IA&B via fax or mail. Fax PermissionIA&B Members and customers who previously opted out from receiving facsimile (fax) communications may elect to once again receive faxes from IA&B. By giving express permission to the Insurance Agents & Brokers, you agree to receive any and all fax communications. Only those authorized can make the determination on behalf of all persons at the business location. For IA&B member agencies, that authorized individual is the IA&B Primary Member. Members choosing to receive faxes from the Insurance Agents & Brokers may use the form below. After completing the form, print, sign and forward it to IA&B via fax or mail. Please note that all requests must be signed by the authorized individual. Please allow (30) thirty days for processing.
