DAIAB has a constant presence in Dover, monitoring legislation that affects independent agents, while at the same time advancing laws that benefit our members.

DAIAB advocates for its top legislative priorities on several fronts including helping to stop a burdensome proof of delivery for cancellation or non-renewal bill and a trial bar-pushed bill that would have changed how an accident victim can access his or her UM/UIM benefits. Our government affairs staff also worked to ensure that the role of independent agents is preserved as the health care reform law is implemented.

AgentPAC of Delaware-Your Voice in Dover

AgentPAC is the most proactive and effective tool you have to get involved in the political process.  A contribution to AgentPAC is the way you can personally make a difference. In 2011, AgentPAC of Delaware nearly reached its fundraising goal of $5,000. If every licensed agent who is a member of DAIAB gave just $10 for the year, we would raise nearly $6,000. Please consider making a contribution to AgentPAC of Delaware today.

1. Online - safe, secure and convenient. 

2. By phone - call the Member Service Center at (800) 998-9644, option 0.

3. By check - Download a contribution form and mail it to DAIAB.

Quarterly Pledge
You can also elect to make an automatic quarterly pledge. Provide us with your credit card information and we’ll make equal quarterly deductions until you tell us otherwise. To set up your quarterly payment, call the DAIAB Member Service Center at 800-998-9644, and select option 1.
