The Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) national designation program is recognized for its practical, hands-on approach to learning. CIC is one of the most highly acclaimed professional education designation programs in the insurance industry. The program provides a comprehensive and continuing education program to individuals who have made a career commitment to insurance.

The Agency Management Institute is approved for Loss Control Credit for Utica policyholders in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania. No Institutes are approved by Westport for Loss Control Credit.
