William T Hold Seminar2012 Topic - The Changing Landscape of Personal and Commercial InsuranceNothing in the insurance industry, as well as in life, is as certain as change. Over the past several years, there have been some substantial changes in both personal and commercial insurance forms and practices which can impact both insurance consumers as well as the insurance professionals who serve them. This program will present a compilation and review of many of these changes as well as a review of more subtle changes that are easily missed amidst the hectic duties of running an independent agency. As part of the review, the program will present various options agencies may wish to consider in order to make clients aware of the impact these changes can have to both personal and business lives.
