In compliance with the Pennsylvania Insurance Department's training requirement for producers who sell Long Term Care Partnership (LTCP) insurance policies, IA&B now offers self-study training for Pennsylvania Medicaid Long Term Care Services. This training, presented in a self-study format, satisfies the recent requirement mandated by Act 40 of 2007 whereby all producers (resident and non-resident) licensed in Pennsylvania who sell, solicit, or negotiate long term care insurance must complete a one-hour course before marketing LTCP services. This self-study course is now included in the IA&B training program entitled "The Long-Term Care Insurance Partnership." Upon registration for this course, complete instructions will be provided. - After completing the presentation, complete the on-line exam. If you are a Pennsylvania resident license holder you MUST have your exam proctored by a disinterested third party (someone other than a supervisor or relative). Proctor information will be entered during the on-line exam.
- Upon successful completion of the exam (70% or better) you will receive your confirmation/Certificate via e-mail.
