IA&B Event Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Registration changes received more tha 10 days before the course are fully refundable or transferrable. Within 10 days of the course, registration changes are subject to a 25% penalty. Substitutions are honored at any time. No shows will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee. 

Penalties for IA&B special events including the DAIAB convention and the Executive Management Seminar may vary. Refer to the specific program brochure or contact IA&B for details.
