Led by industry expert Rita Hollada, CIC, this webinar addresses the complicated and tricky issue of concurrent causation and determining who pays for losses resulting from bad things that happen at the same time.

Led by IA&B coverages expert Jerry Milton, CIC, this program enlightens members on insurance issues surrounding property owners who, for whatever reason, have left town.  Jerry discusses factors agents should consider when clients leave homes or other properties due to foreclosure, elder relocation and other reasons.

To participate in the Power Hour webinar your system should meet the following minimum requirements:

  • You must have audio capabilities on your computer (external or internal speakers) to hear the audio.  There will be no phone dial-in audio available for this webinar.
  • Microsoft Windows 98/2000/XP, MAC OSX, or Linux with 1.2 GHz (or faster) processor
  • 256 MB of RAM
  • 240 kpbs (or faster) Internet connectivity (bandwidth)
  • Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Netscape, etc.) with Adobe Flash Player plug-in.  Internet Explorer (IE) 9, has been known to have cmpatability issues with many websites.  If you have IE 9, you should consider downloading Firefox to veiw the webinar.
