CISR courses are open to any insurance professional needing updated technical information and/or state continuing education credits. The exam is required only for those individuals that wish to earn the CISR Designation. Earning the DesignationTo earn the CISR designation, participants must successfully complete all five courses and exams within three calendar years following the year in which the participant successfully completes the first exam. There is no specific order in which courses must be taken. The five courses include: Maintaining the DesignationCISR designees must attend one program annually to maintain the designation. Attendance at any one of the following seminars will qualify for the CISR annual update requirement:
