CISR Dynamics of Service

Dynamics of Service is designed for insurance professionals and others involved in the service process. This one-day course offers instruction for participants to improve their skills and expand their knowledge in the service arena. 

Seminar participants will learn valuable tips and tactics to incorporate in the day-to-day business operations:

  • Explore the role of service from the sale, to customer satisfaction

  • Target the "people" issues that surface daily

  • Learn powerful people skills and have a positive impact

  • Improve listening and communication skills to handle difficult people and unpleasant situations

Who should attend:

Thiis program is designed for anyone in the insurance profession who wants to keep up on their service skills in order to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This seminar satisfies the annual update requirement for CISR designees. The CISR designation is not a requirement for attendance.
