The CPIA Insurance Success Seminars are a series of three, six-hour seminars designed to teach core sales skills for customer service representatives and producers. These seminars offer hands-on, practical training sessions that focus on the sales techniques and marketing communication needed to be a successful agent, regardless of an individual’s position or title. They are innovative and interactive and will give participants ideas and tools to produce sales results immediately. This program breaks down the sales process in an effective three-part process: Position for Success, Implement for Success and Sustain Success. Who Should AttendInsurance Success Seminars are open to any employee of an agency, insurance company or insurance-related business. Anyone who wants to enhance or learn sales techniques and marketing communication is encouraged to attend. Attendance of all three seminars will give participants the “big picture” of what it takes to attract and maintain prospects and customers. Earning the DesignationFull attendance at all three seminars allows participants to earn the CPIA (Certified Professional Insurance Agent) designation; no exam is required.
