Cancellation Policies

Cancellations for seminars and course products received 10 days prior to the start of the program are fully refundable.  Substitutes are honored any time without penalty.  No shows will result in forfeiture of entire registration fee.  Course cancellation and transfers within 10 days of the program start date are subject to penalty fees, due the expenses incurred by IA&B.  Please contact the IA&B Member Service center at 800-998-9644 / 717-795-9100, option 0, or e-mail.
