This webinar, presented in a two-hour, convenient format, is the perfect opportunity to learn everything about flood insurance including the NFIP and flood risk assessment.

M. Rita Hollada, will deliver important information to provide the coverage clients need to protect themselves in the event of a natural disaster. Rita is nationally known for her in-depth knowledge about Flood coverage and her ability to make this difficult subject easily understood.

Recent NFIP changes included in this webinar are:

  • replacement of paper maps with digital maps

  • deductible and rate increases

  • a new elevation certificate

How Do I Earn CE?

  • CE Approvals - This seminar format is considered self-study or correspondence study. As a reminder, MD residents can earn only 1/2 of CE requirement in this format each renewal period. There is no limit for PA and DE.
  • The Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware Insurance Department requires participants to successfully complete a 25 question multiple choice exam in order to earn CE credits for this type of seminar format. Pennsylvania residents: In addition, your exam must be proctored by a disinterested third party.  The proctor must complete an affidavit that will be included with your exam.)
  • Upon completion of the exam, the participant will immediately receive exam results via e-mail. If the participant successfully completes the exam, the e-mail will serve as the course completion certificate. If the participant does not successfully complete the exam, instructions will be provided.
