Licensing is the cornerstone of a producer's right to sell insurance. As new licensing laws are implemented, IA&B advocates that fair and equitable laws and regulations are in place to govern licensing and continuing education for insurance professionals.  It can sometimes be difficult to wander through the maze of administrative procedures that go along with the license and CE requirements.
