Coordinating Coverage Under the Company's and the Employees' Auto Policies seminar highlights the complexities and often times confusing coverage scenarios between the Business and Personal Auto policies. You will spend time reviewing different scenarios that involve employees driving vehicles, either owned personally or by the company and how the Business Auto and Personal Auto responds to each one uniquely:

• Employee driving company-owned auto
• Employee driving personally-owned auto on company business
• Employee renting auto on a company business
• Employee provided a company-owned auto for personal use

You will come from this seminar knowing which policy applies to these situations and if both apply, which one is primary and which is excess and who exactly is covered by each of the policies. You will also build your knowledge of the proper endorsements to use that effectively fill any gaps in Business Auto and Personal Auto policies. Towards the end of the seminar, you will spend some time covering rental car exposures and coordination with the CGL.
