Networking, CE and politics headlined eventOver 200 independent agents, CSRs and company personnel gathered in Rehoboth Beach in early June for the Delaware Association of Insurance Agents & Brokers 55th annual convention. The June 6-7 event featured networking opportunities, CE seminars and an insurance commissioner candidates' forum. "The convention is a staple gathering of who's who in the Delaware insurance community and always draws a loyal crowd," said DAIAB Chairwoman Diana Hornung Hanby. "This year was no exception." One highlight of the convention was an awards luncheon, where DAIAB leadership recognized CSRs and presented the association's annual awards and scholarships.
