Every employee of an IA&B member agency is strongly encouraged to participate.
The Company Satisfaction Index (CSI) is a benchmarking tool for agents. It's a vehicle to share experiences that will be seen by a larger audience and to get corrective action. And it provides positive feedback to carriers on their programs' effectiveness.
The CSI is a biennial survey of IA&B members. The results showcase agency staff’s collective experiences in four categories that are of key importance to agents:
Products, Pricing & Underwriting;
Policy Service & Claims;
Agency/Company Relationship; and
Technology
The CSI began in 2004 as part of IA&B's ongoing work in agency-company relations. The survey is used as a tool, to facilitate dialogue between agents and their carriers and between IA&B and our carrier partners.
