2008 Company Satisfaction Index
IA&B's 2008 Company Satisfaction Index (CSI) went out with a bang, closing on July 31 with a record number of participants. This year's survey collected 55 percent more member responses than the last CSI in 2006. IA&B offers a sincere thank-you to those who participated.
The results of the survey will be released at IA&B's annual meeting on October 22nd and then published in the December 2008 Primary Agent magazine. In the meantime, the 2006 CSI results video is available online and can be accessed by clicking on your home state below.
The CSI is IA&B's biennial survey of members. It compiles feedback on their top carriers' products, pricing and underwriting; policy service and claims; agency/company relationship; and technology. The results help carriers improve their performance, provide members with a benchmark when interviewing new carriers and start dialogue between IA&B and carriers.
