The Emergency Planning Tool is available only to individuals designated as "Agency Admninistrators." 

Agency Administrators are the Primary agency member (generally the agency owner) and others designated by the Primary member.

Agency Administrators receive management-level news, information and access to IA&B tools & resources and can access agency records via iabgroup.com.

Primary members can designate additional agency staff members as Agency Administrators by contacting the IA&B Member Service Center at (800) 998-9644.
