Recent Login Troubles
Some members have recently experienced trouble logging into our website and we belive it may be due to browser upgrades on the users' end and the way user information is stored ("cached") by the new browser. We believe that clearing the browsing history and other cached information (cookies, bookmarks, etc.) will rectify the problem. Follow the instructions below for the browser you are using to access this website.
Internet Explorer: Close the browser and reopen it (not to DAIAB's website). Click on "Tools" on the top menu bar. Click "Delete browsing history" in the drop-down menu. Leave the default checked boxes checked and click the "Delete" button.
Firefox: Close the browser and reopen it (not to DAIAB's website). Click on "Tools" on the top menu bar. Click "Clear recent history" in the drop-down menu. Click "Everything" in the "Time range to clear" drop-down. Leave the default checked boxes checked and click the "Clear Now" button.
