  • No claims are made against the Insured in each of the three policy periods following attendance at the seminar.

  • If there are no claims made against the Insured during the three year discounted term, the Insured may qualify for credit by attending another seminar during the third year of the discounted term and prior to the policy period expiration date.

  • If a claim is made against the insured during any of the three years of the discount term and the  agency requalifies prior to the next renewal date by attending Loss Control seminar(s) as described above, the loss control credit will be reinstated and the three year loss control period will begin to run again.  This is one-time requalification opportunity per policy term.

  • Additional claims made against the insured during the policy term will not result in an additional opportunity to requalify for loss control credit during that policy term.  In the situation where more than one claim is made against the Insured during any policy term, the insured will lose the loss control credit at the next following renewal date.
