Step 3 | Enroll & pay for the online course here: - E&O Risk Management for Agency Managers

* Once enrolled in the online programs you will be given a 90-day license to access the program. |
Step 4 | Complete the on-line program by reading the course material and the chapter quizzes. You can start and stop as you wish throughout the program. If you do not complete the program in one sitting, simply re-enter the program when desired. * Reminder - You must read all the course materials and participate in the chapter quizzes. If you skip any information you will not be able to access the final exam. |
Step 5 | Once you have completed the course materials and chapter quizzes: - Close the content page by hitting the X in the upper right corner. This will close the media player only.
- Click on the Exit button in the middle of the screen you were presented with upon entering the program.
- Click on the Close button that appears next.
- In order to access the final exam you must launch the program again and chose the final exam from the list of options. Remember, you must read all material and take the chapter quizzes before you will be provided access to the final exam.

Step 6 | After you have completed your exam you will have the choice to view your exam results or return to the course. - You must score a 70% or better to pass the exam and the course qualify for continuing education and loss control credit. If you earn a 70% fax the completed Course Completion form to IA&B (see Step 7).
- If you do not score a minimum of 70% in your exam attempt, your score will be blank when you view your exam results. You may retake the exam one additional time at no charge. To access the exam again you must re-enter the course. If you need to take the exam a third time you will be prompted to contact the Virtual University directly to pay the $25 exam fee.

Step 7 | Your final exam grade will be sent to IA&B electronically. However, you must fax IA&B the Course Completion form and proctor affidavit so that we can process your continuing education credits and provide you a course completion certificate. - Please fax the completed form to (717) 795-8347.
