Verify ALL questions are answered and the application is signed/dated by the applicant and producer before submitting. Any changes made to an answer on the application MUST be initialed by the applicant. If not, the application will be returned.
Verify that the application has been quoted correctly. If you should have any rating questions please contact IA&B's Member Service Center toll free at (800) 998-9644 or locally at (717) 795-9100, option 0 or e-mail.
Verify that the Requested Effective Date is on the application. (Note we are only able to back date 13 calendar days from date received.)
Verify that Question #9 includes the Total estimated annual revenues (an amount has to be entered) and Estimated annual revenues from your manufactured products (this can be zero).
The Terrorism Rejection/Acceptance Form signed by the insured MUST be included with all new Home Business Insurance submissions.
Verify that the printed copy of the application contains the current edition name/date HBP 108 (01/10) on every page of the printed application. RLI will not accept if this information is not showing at the bottom of the pages.
Include full premium payment with all submissions. Checks should be made payable to IA&B Service Group, Inc.
