Junior Golf: Pennsylvania state tournament results
FAYETTEVILLE, Pa. (July 14, 2009) – Twenty-six youth golfers competed yesterday at the Penn National Golf Club in Fayetteville, Pa., in the state qualifying tournament for the 41st Trusted Choice Big "I" National Championship. Brandon Matthews, of Dupont; Blayze Di Pasquale, of Richboro; Stephen Kirol, of Williamsport; Kevin Ellison, of Harrisburg; and Colleen Miller, of Erie, will advance to the national tournament in Ardmore, Okla., on July 25-30.

Statewide trade group Insurance Agents & Brokers hosted the annual 36-hole qualifier. The Trusted Choice Big "I" National Championship (http://www.iiajc.com/) draws 4,000 participants each year. Past competitors include Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Charlie Howell, Grace Park and Cristie Kerr.
