Coverage conundrums meet their match

IA&B launches Jerry Milton seminar series

Feb. 11, 2011 – Grapple over the worst with the best. Mid-Atlantic producers can dissect a few of their most difficult dilemmas under the direction of coverages guru Jerry Milton, CIC.

Beginning this spring, Insurance Agents & Brokers (IA&B) will offer Navigating Contractual Liability & Certificates of Insurance and Insuring Contractors. Developed and taught by Jerry Milton, the full-day seminars will be offered throughout Maryland and Pennsylvania.

Navigating Contractual Liability & Certificates of Insurance covers the usual contractual indemnification provisions and insurance requirements, plus the problems and issues with certificates of insurance. This new course has been approved for 8 CE credits in Maryland and Pennsylvania and submitted for 8 in Delaware.

Insuring Contractors examines contractors’ various exposures and how the CGL, Contractors’ Equipment and Builders’ Risk policies respond. Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania have approved this course for 8 hours of CE.
