REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. (April 7, 2011) – Insurance professionals are invited to mix business with pleasure at the Delaware Association of Insurance Agents & Brokers convention. The annual event will be held June 8-9 at the Atlantic Sands Hotel in Rehoboth Beach, Del.
“The convention has become a staple gathering for who’s who in the Delaware insurance world and draws a loyal crowd,” said Diana Hornung-Momot, chairwoman of DAIAB, of the 250 independent agents, CSRs and company personnel who typically attend. “It rolls networking, education and business development into one.”
This year DAIAB will offer a new, management-level education track. The inaugural, all-day seminar will share how to integrate social networking into an agency’s business strategy. In addition, DAIAB will provide four CE-approved courses for agency staff.
The convention also includes networking opportunities over a Lewes day trip, kayaking tour, golf tournament and winery reception.
