MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – Independent agents are weighing in on their experiences with carriers in the 2008 Company Satisfaction Index. Insurance Agents & Brokers’ biennial survey will run through July.
“The CSI gives producers an outlet to share their commendations and frustrations with companies,” said Kevin Nemith, chairman of the IA&B Service Group. “The results provide a benchmark for producers to measure and compare their carrier relationships with their peers.”
Survey participants rate their top carriers’ products, pricing and underwriting; policy service and claims; agency/company relationship; and technology.
“Carrier representatives have told us time and time again that they value this survey,” said Nemith. “They appreciate hearing from producers and, thanks to previous results, have made adjustments to improve their practices.”
The survey, which is exclusive to IA&B members in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania, is available at www.iabgroup.com. Results will be announced in October.
