New online resource launches for independent agents
IA&B unveils upgraded Web site
MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – Independent insurance producers now have access to an upgraded online gateway to industry news, agency management resources and professional development opportunities. Insurance Agents & Brokers (IA&B) launched its redesigned Web site, available at www.iabgroup.com, on Friday, May 9.
The new Web site marries a more intuitive design that eases navigation and a fresh look that enhances the IA&B brand.
Throughout the Web site redesign process, IA&B queried its 1,600 member agencies through surveys and focus groups. Their feedback led to a more streamlined site map and easily accessible resources.
“Members’ favorite resources are now prominently displayed on the homepage and just a click away,” said G. Kevin Nemith, chairman of the IA&B Service Group. “Producers are busy, and the new site allows them to jump online, find what they need and get back to doing what they do best – selling and servicing insurance.”
